Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead our team on multiple renewable energy and construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching and mentoring senior supervisors and holding site leadership teams accountable
  • Effectively utilizing people across the business unit to achieve project outcomes
  • Inspiring and leading relevant work teams within the business unit in all aspects of employment
  • Demonstrating extensive knowledge of employee agreements and relevant legislation
  • Championing safety, quality, and environment culture onsite
  • Facilitating, coaching, and monitoring activities to reduce risk
  • Ensuring HSEQ compliance and communicating any changes to policies and procedures
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in construction management or similar
  • Significant previous experience in a similar role on a large construction project
  • 10+ years' experience in a senior supervisor role, managing 200+ resources
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams
  • Demonstrated experience in working to and meeting deadlines and project deliverables
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
