Job Title: Internal Communications and Events Specialist

About the Role:

The Internal Communications and Events Specialist will work to deliver exceptional events and experiences for Everi Pty employees and portfolio partners. This exciting role involves coordinating events, writing content and speeches, and supporting the development of audio/visual content to communicate critical messages and promote events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and deliver events and event management plans to support the achievement of Departmental objectives and drive preferred organisational culture.
* Deliver written materials for a range of event materials and communications channels to convey key Departmental messages and promote collaboration.
* Effective communicator with the ability to develop and adapt engaging and timely communications across a range of materials, mediums and platforms.
* Innovate and improve events for Everi Pty using appropriate research, evaluation and reporting to continuously improve internal communications channels as informed by best practice.
* Undertake reporting processes to ensure the effectiveness of internal communications channels and events.

Requirements:

* Mandatory: A tertiary qualification in communications, journalism, public relations, public policy (or equivalent), or extensive working experience in events and/or internal communications.
* Desirable: Strong communications skills, including the ability to write for a range of audiences and mediums.
* Working experience developing and publishing in Campaign Monitor or other similar EDM platforms.
* Working experience in Microsoft Share Point Online or other web content management systems.
* Working experience with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Web Ex or other events management systems.
