We are seeking a highly skilled Women's Health Specialist to join our team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a tertiary teaching hospital, providing top-notch care to patients and contributing to the growth and development of junior medical staff, nursing, and midwifery professionals.
- The ideal candidate will participate in after-hours and on-call rosters, supporting acute admissions, inpatient care, outpatient clinics, inter-disciplinary consults, and clinical handovers.
- Responsibilities also include supervising and training junior staff, as well as developing their professional skills and knowledge.
Our hospital offers a comprehensive range of services across its campus, including acute inpatient and day services, outpatient services, women's and children's services, pediatrics, and pathology.
Eligibility Criteria:- General, Provisional or Limited Registration with AHPRA, or eligibility to obtain registration.
- Candidates must have completed at least the AMC MCQ (Part 1) or both AMC 1 & 2 (Clinical Exam).
- Candidates eligible via the Competent Authority Pathway (training in the UK, USA, NZ, Canada, or Ireland)
- Candidates assessed by RANZCOG College as partially or substantially comparable.
- Candidates interested in foreign training via the Short-Term Training Specialist Pathway (STT)
- Previous experience working as an O&G Registrar is essential.
