Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer data, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate billing and a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large data-sets in Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Support and advise internal and external stakeholders on funding and compliance-related matters
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient data monitoring and analysis
- Audit customer transactions and system data to facilitate accurate billing
Requirements
- Substantial experience with large Client Information Management Systems and a passion for number crunching with large data-sets in Excel
- Customer-centric approach in a high-volume environment
- Experience with Lumary, Health, or Community Services Master Data (desirable)
