About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Customer Service Manager to join our team at Woolworths. As a key member of our Customer Service team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in leading and coaching the Customer Service team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their customer service skills.
  • Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Flexible availability to work early mornings, days, and late nights across a fortnightly rotational roster, including weekends.
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and provide coaching and guidance to others.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
