The Role

We are seeking a clinical talent acquisition specialist to join our dental recruitment team. This key member will be responsible for attracting and acquiring the best clinical specialists to enhance our services.

  • Utilize targeted sourcing techniques to find suitable qualified talent for specific roles and skills.
  • Conduct talent mapping, proactive search, and provide market intelligence to continuously look for new and innovative ways to engage and attract key talent.
