Are you an experienced recruiter ready to make a real impact in healthcare and disability services? We're seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment across key roles in the NDIS and clinical space - including Behaviour Support Practitioners, Support Coordinators, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals.

**About the Role**
In this dynamic role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of specialist roles across our disability, community, and clinical services. You'll work closely with hiring managers to source the right talent, ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory requirements, and drive workforce planning to meet future service needs.

**You'll bring**
- Proven experience in recruitment - ideally within NDIS, nursing, or allied health
- Strong knowledge of AHPRA registration, nurse qualifications, and clinical compliance
- Understanding of NDIS roles and sector requirements (e.g., Positive Behaviour Support, Support Coordination)
- Experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search)
- Familiarity with workforce planning, onboarding processes, and best-practice talent strategies
