About the Role

As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of electric mobility and disability equipment.

The role is varied and challenging, with every day presenting new opportunities to help customers remain independent. Your duties include:

  • Assembly and pre-delivery safety checks of equipment
  • Planning workshop and field service jobs, and communicating with equipment users
  • Carrying out repairs, servicing, and maintenance in the workshop and at customers' homes
  • Recording job details, invoicing, and processing payments using online systems

This position requires excellent technical skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
