Dulux Trade Centre Sales Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our Dulux Trade Centre in Doncaster, VIC.
This fast-paced and hands-on role will involve developing good working relationships with depot/agencies, ensuring high levels of customer service are maintained, and accurately mixing and tinting paint.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained, providing excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Cash Handling: Accurately handle cash and EFTPOS transactions, maintaining a secure and accurate record of financial transactions.
- Paint Mixing: Accurately mix and tint paint to meet customer requirements, ensuring high-quality paint products are provided.
- Stock Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of products.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, able to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and depot/agencies.
- Physical Ability: Demonstrate a level of physical ability to work with paint and other heavy products (up to 25kgs) in store at times.
- Customer Focus: Be customer-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
