About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Delivery Lead to oversee the successful execution of complex IAM programs and solutions across diverse client environments.

This role is responsible for managing a team of identity specialists across a range of IAM disciplines (e.g. identity lifecycle, access management, governance, privileged access, authentication) and technologies (e.g. Ping Identity, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Delinea, Microsoft).

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading end-to-end delivery of IAM programs and projects across multiple clients and sectors, as well as experience in project planning, resourcing, execution, and reporting across delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IAM programs and projects across multiple clients and sectors.
  • Manage project resources, including identity specialists, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Provide delivery oversight and quality assurance for design, implementation, testing, and handover activities.
  • Act as a key client liaison, ensuring expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.
  • Contribute to solution planning and estimation activities during pre-sales and proposal development.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members to support practice growth.
  • Champion consistent delivery methodologies, artefact quality, and technical excellence.
  • Foster team collaboration and knowledge sharing across engagements.
  • Represent the practice at industry events and support content development for marketing and capability uplift.
