Enterprise Identity Management Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Identity Management Engineer to design, build, and support IAM solutions. You will work across hybrid environments integrating Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, and custom .NET-based IAM components.

About the Role
  • This is a hands-on technical leadership role requiring deep expertise in identity lifecycle management, secure authentication/authorization, and automation using PowerShell and Azure tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement enterprise IAM solutions using Active Directory, ADFS, Microsoft Entra ID, and MIM.
  • Develop secure custom IAM components using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, OWIN).
  • Integrate OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML protocols into web and enterprise apps.
  • Automate IAM processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, access reviews) using PowerShell.
  • Support hybrid environments integrating on-premises AD with Azure AD Connect.
  • Troubleshoot identity issues across cloud/on-prem systems.
  • Lead technical documentation and continuous improvement of IAM architecture.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support capability uplift within the IAM team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in enterprise IAM architecture and delivery.
  • Deep technical knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Proven experience implementing OAuth2, SAML, and OpenID Connect.
  • Advanced skills in .NET development (C#, ASP.NET Core) and IAM integration.
  • Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
  • Knowledge of Conditional Access, Identity Governance, and B2B/B2C user flows.
  • Experience in hybrid identity environments and Azure AD Connect.
  • Microsoft certifications in identity/security preferred.
  • NV1 Security Clearance – mandatory.
