Job Title: Manager - Workforce Support

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to lead and manage our workforce support team. As a key member of our estate management division, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting workforce strategies and operational plans.

Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality workforce management solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will analyze data and evidence-based insights to inform your decision-making and ensure that our resourcing needs align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the workforce support team to achieve strategic objectives
  • Analyze human resource data to provide evidence-based advice and forecast future staffing needs
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to ensure accurate human resource analytics and workforce indicators
  • Liaise with stakeholders to improve reporting practices and data capabilities
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of NSW Trustee & Guardian's key services and customer base
  • Experience working and/or supporting people with disability, vulnerable or older people
Benefits

This is a temporary full-time opportunity (up to 12 months) offering a salary range of $120,859 to $133,183 plus super and annual leave loading. The role also offers flexible and hybrid working options.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and project management abilities, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with diverse leaders and stakeholders.
