About the Role:
  • You will be the friendly and welcoming face of our centre, ensuring every patient's journey is smooth, supportive, and seamless.
  • As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, answering patient inquiries, and scheduling appointments.
  • You will also maintain top-notch attention to detail when entering patient information, processing billing, and managing patient records.
