We are seeking a qualified professional to lead safe and engaging diving experiences for visitors from around the globe. You will work on our stunning Great Barrier Reef, leading groups of certified divers and beginners alike.

The role involves assessing snorkelers to identify those at risk and provide additional advice. You will also be responsible for selling products directly to customers, processing bookings, and delivering high-quality customer service.

  • Assess all snorkelers to identify potential risks and offer tailored advice.
  • Directly sell diving, snorkelling, helmet diving, photography, and retail products to customers.
  • Process bookings and conduct resort and certified diving courses.
  • Enhance passengers' experience through guided snorkel tours and presentations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging passengers in conversation about marine life and activities.
  • Support safety demonstrations and attend to passengers' needs.
