Compassionate Caregiver Role

This role offers a meaningful opportunity to provide emotional support and companionship to residents in our aged care community.

We are seeking an individual who can engage with residents through friendly conversations, lifestyle activities, and everyday interactions. Your compassionate nature and strong communication skills will enable you to build positive relationships with residents and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participating in group or individual lifestyle programs to enhance the quality of life and well-being of residents
  • Engaging in friendly conversations and active listening with residents
  • Assisting with reading, writing, or other lifestyle activities based on residents' interests
  • Providing emotional support and a compassionate presence

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, and understanding when interacting with older adults. A compassionate and empathetic nature is essential for this role.
