Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Golf Operations Attendant to deliver exceptional golf and hospitality experiences.

Gardiners Run is a modern 18 hole golf course with a café/bar and function space. This exciting opportunity will focus on delivering:

  • Exceptional customer service and presentation;
  • Excellent communication skills to positively influence the team;
  • Timely processing of payments and golf bookings;
  • Daily tee time coordination and golf competition results preparation;
  • Promotion of membership offering to meet targets and enhance revenue growth;
  • Delivery of food and beverage offerings to drive sales and exceed customer expectations;
  • Maintenance of motorised cart fleet presentation standards;
  • Merchandising and replenishment of retail stock for optimal sales potential.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification;
  • Food Handling Certification;
  • Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
