We are seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team in Craigieburn, VIC.
About the role:
- This is an immediate start position for a Casual/Temporary Retail Customer Service Associate role.
- Flexible hours available, with 2-3 years of relevant work experience required.
- Working rights required for this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and assisting customers with queries.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in retail management or shop assistant roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work flexible hours, including some weekends.
