Room Attendant Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to work as a Room Attendant in our esteemed hotel. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our rooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain guest bedrooms and bathrooms to the highest standards
  • Vacuum rooms and corridors to create a welcoming environment
  • Restock and replenish bed linen, towels, and guest amenities according to company guidelines
  • Perform regular deep cleaning tasks to ensure our rooms are spotless
  • Manage guest requests efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude and strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and reliability to adapt to changing schedules
  • Excellent grooming standards and attention to detail
