We are seeking a dedicated dental receptionist to join our team in Chatswood. This role will involve working primarily at our Chatswood branch, with occasional travel to the Parramatta branch.

The successful candidate will be involved in various roles, including:

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Checking patients in and out, answering phone calls, and booking appointments
  • Writing clinical reports
  • Sterilization and infection control

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role (dental receptionist or assistant)
  • Qualifications in dental assisting or practice management/business administration are advantageous
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong time management skills

  • A competitive hourly rate of $29.00 - $32.00
