Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Personal Care Support Specialist.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients, prioritizing their individual needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients in developing skills to enhance their independence and quality of life.
  • Provide assistance with daily activities, including showering, dressing, and personal grooming.
  • Help clients manage their medication requirements and maintain a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to deliver holistic care and support that meets the unique needs of each client.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home and Community Care, or a related field.
  • A current Police Screening Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates, and a reliable roadworthy vehicle with current registration and comprehensive insurance.
  • Proof of immunity against Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, and Pertussis, or willingness to become vaccinated.
