Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care services to our clients in their homes.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing transportation to appointments and outings
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Cleaning and maintaining the client's home
  • Engaging in conversation and providing companionship

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in high care settings, supporting clients with complex needs
  • Manual Handling, Hoisting and Transfers experience
  • A current National Police Check and First Aid/CPR Certificate
  • Driver's licence and Right to Work in Australia
