Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable warehouse hand to join our team in Mt Gambier. This role plays a crucial part in our delivery services, assisting with general warehouse and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, inspecting and storing incoming goods requires attention to detail and a methodical approach.
  • Assembling customer orders accurately and on time necessitates effective communication and organisation skills.
  • Delivering, installing and collecting products in a timely and professional manner demands a high level of reliability and adaptability.
  • Following scheduled routes and instructions via a digitised portal requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Maintaining inventory control and conducting stocktakes necessitates a thorough understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse is essential for ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Performing general maintenance and support duties as required requires a proactive and flexible attitude.
  • Providing excellent customer service with a friendly, can-do attitude is critical for building trust and loyalty with customers.
  • Performing basic repairs, cleaning and maintenance of equipment demands a good understanding of mechanical principles and a willingness to learn.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene protocols at all times is essential for protecting employees and customers alike.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a warehousing or delivery role is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A good physical fitness level and attention to detail are necessary for this position.
  • A proactive and positive attitude, combined with a strong work ethic and punctuality, are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team, along with excellent communication and customer service skills, are critical for delivering exceptional results.
  • A clean driving record and police clearance are also mandatory.
  • NDIS worker checks and evidence of Covid vaccination and current flu are required.
