
Student Enquiries Team Manager

As a Lead of Student Enquiries Team, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for providing exceptional service to prospective students. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all interactions with our university are positive and informative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing rosters and workflows, collaborating with key areas such as Admissions and Direct Recruitment, and driving continuous improvement aligned with business goals. You will also contribute directly to student recruitment by engaging with prospective students throughout the enquiry and enrolment process.
- Experience working in a sales contact centre or similar environment is essential, with experience in supervising, mentoring and training staff, as well as knowledge of customer service principles and practice.
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and make informed decisions regarding complex issues within a short timeframe is crucial.
- Managing demanding and difficult situations and customers is a key aspect of this role.
- You must be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
This role requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to think critically and solve problems effectively.
