Key Responsibilities
  • Advocate for and uphold the highest level of safety across multiple concurrent infrastructure, maintenance, and construction projects.
  • Lead safety governance and assurance programs on behalf of KBR & SA Water.
  • Manage and prevent incidents across live sites, corporate offices, 3rd party areas, and sub-contractor environments.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and safety walks to promote a culture of safety.
  • Identify and implement improvements, areas for innovation, and technology-based solutions to enhance safety performance.
