The Primary School Chaplain is a vital role that will provide spiritual guidance and support to the students, staff, and broader College community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Model Christian values and principles in all interactions with students, staff, and the wider College community
- Develop and maintain supportive relationships with students, staff, and the College community
- Collaborate with College leadership to implement pastoral care strategies
- Provide pastoral care duties as identified by the Principal
- Support whole-school events, excursions, and incursions
- Exercise reasonable care over students, including maintaining adequate routines to ensure student safety
- Maintain active supervision while on playground and other allocated duties
Requirements:
