Job Title:

Religious Community Leader

Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified and experienced Religious Community Leader to join our organization. The successful candidate will lead daily prayers, teach the Holy Qur'an to children and adults, provide religious guidance, and conduct various community activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead five times daily prayers in accordance with Islamic traditions and practices.
  • Teach the Holy Qur'an to children and adult members, including those who are new to the faith.
  • Provide individualized counseling and support to community members on matters of faith and personal growth.
  • Conduct community events and activities that promote unity, harmony, and spiritual growth.

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in a similar role within the same field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people of diverse backgrounds and age groups.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate in Bengali is highly desirable.
