Key Responsibilities
  • Manage monthly payroll processes for clients across countries and jurisdictions ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms streamlining client services.
  • Validate payroll data across digital platforms ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Deliver payroll services compliant with local laws and global standards.
  • Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients.
  • Identify improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration.
  • Lead project milestones, budgets, and reporting across key workstreams.
  • Collaborate with service lines such as tax and mobility to streamline client services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in payroll with knowledge of payroll systems.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Workday, ADP, and other payroll systems.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure.
