We are seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to oversee the end-to-end payroll process for our global business. As we continue to grow, this is an exciting time to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of payroll specialists, overseeing all aspects of payroll.
  • Report directly to the financial controller, who has extensive experience in the sector.
  • Process payroll for over 1000 employees on a fortnightly/monthly basis.
  • Serve as a role model to the team, setting high standards and contributing to process improvements.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in payroll with 3+ years in a leadership position.
  • Proficiency in ADP Payforce is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
