Employment Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to work closely with individuals with disability, connecting them to sustainable employment opportunities.

You will guide, support, and motivate participants on their journey to employment, while developing strong relationships with employers and support organisations.

  • Utilising a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment
  • Developing positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants
  • Enhancing employability through referral to support services and training
  • Providing in-employment support to sustain employment
  • Marketing participants' skills to prospective employers
  • Achieving program performance and quality benchmarks
  • Keeping detailed, accurate records and adhering to compliance requirements
  • Actively participating in the local community to promote services

Key Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be motivated, have a positive attitude, and be able to build strong customer service skills. You should also be quality-focused, able to think outside the square, and develop strategies to place participants into sustainable employment.
