The role involves supporting an individual with daily living tasks, providing personal care prompts, and assisting with transportation and life skills development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the individual with assisted daily living tasks
  • Providing personal care prompts
  • Assisting with transportation and getting to appointments
  • Encouraging the individual to achieve their goals
  • Developing and implementing life skill plans
  • Maintaining accurate records for best practice care

Shifts will be permanent part-time, with the opportunity to develop a strong working relationship with the individual. The successful candidate will require:

  • NDIS Worker Screening or Disability related check
  • Working with Children check
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & CPR Certificates
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or relevant qualification

About this role

Required skills and qualifications
