About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Change Communication Specialist and play a crucial role in the successful implementation of our People programs and initiatives.

In this position, you will develop effective communication strategies and materials to engage employees and drive change. You will also provide support for events with a focus on digital content creation and multi-platform distribution.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication techniques and channels, including written and presentation skills and digital content creation. They will be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and making sense of complex information.

A tertiary qualification in communications or a business-related field would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver communications plans to support project delivery
  • Create engaging content and channels to motivate and inform employees
  • Measure reach and impact of content and campaigns
