About The Role:

As an Enrolled Nurse at The Shoreline, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional resident-focused care in our luxury aged care facility. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing services designed to promote dignity, choice, and independence for our residents
  • Working within your full scope of clinical ability to deliver high-quality care
  • Issuing medications and performing physical assessments and observations in accordance with the resident's clinical condition
  • Completing documentation in an accurate and timely manner to support our RNs
  • Contributing to and implementing care plans as formulated in collaboration with RNs
  • Evaluating the progress of the resident based on identified care needs and reporting outcomes
  • Participating in the admission and transition of care for residents
  • Delivering care in accordance with the needs, goals, and preferences of the resident
  • Modeling professional enrolled nursing standards and conduct to ensure a healthy workplace culture

About You:

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will possess:

  • An Enrolled Nurse qualification
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently with a high level of initiative
  • Ability to work in a diverse team environment and communicate effectively with management, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to demonstrate kindness and empathy across all channels and model behaviors that align with The Shoreline's vision and CREED
  • Highly developed organizational skills and ability to determine work priorities
  • Understanding of the aging process and a commitment to advocate for older people in residential care and/or home care
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office software and other desktop applications to an intermediate level
  • Police check clearance and up-to-date vaccination as required by legislation or industry best practice
