About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality person-centered nursing care in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia Standards for Practice for Registered Nurses.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to plan, deliver, and coordinate patient care.
  • Use problem-solving skills and effective communication to identify key messages, issues, and concerns when communicating with others.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
  • Work a 24-hour/seven-day rotating roster, including all shifts and public holidays.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
  • Demonstrated recent clinical experience in emergency, critical care, or relevant acute hospital settings.
  • Ability to use technology, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge and understanding of person-centered care, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement.
  • Availability and capacity to participate in a 24-hour/seven-day rotating roster.
