Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking skilled Manufacturing Technicians to join our team in Port Melbourne. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the high-quality manufacture of aircraft components.

Job Description:
  • Production of aircraft components following work order specifications using carbon fibre fabric.
  • Understand and apply company quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within the workplace.
  • Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives in all areas of the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Reliable and willingness to undertake shift work is essential.
  • Any previous experience using automated machinery is desirable.
  • Any previous experience in a quality control environment preferred.
  • A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills to enable you to follow and interpret work instructions.

Working Environment:
  • Three-shift operation: Day Shift (6am – 2:30pm), Afternoon Shift (2:30pm – 11pm) and Night Shift (10pm – 6:30am).
Additional Information:

This is an EBA position classified as an Aerospace Worker 1. Starting salary: $78,000 Super and will increase to $85,000 Super upon successful completion of training.
