Job Title:

Assistant Boutique Manager

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a retail business, preferably in a senior beauty advisor/assistant manager role. They will be responsible for assisting in managing the day-to-day operations of our boutique.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
  • Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You will also require strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
