About The Role: The Boutique Manager plays a vital role in fostering an environment of growth and excellence, where sales and client engagement thrive. As a key leader, the Boutique Manager upholds the brand's spirit and culture in every interaction and decision.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an exceptional level of service by leading by example in communication and customer engagement.
  • Review store performance daily, weekly, and monthly; share feedback with the team and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide coaching to drive team performance in sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Offer ongoing coaching on product knowledge, storytelling, and selling skills to develop best-in-business product and service experts.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to achieve growth and meet store targets.
  • Manage inventory and ensure the store is well-stocked and presented according to business guidelines.
  • Monitor traffic trends and rostering to maximise sales potential.
  • Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance, brand spirit, and culture.
  • Maintain a safe working environment aligned with Work Health and Safety standards.
