Job Opportunity: Deliver Large-Scale Rail Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director-Pre-Contracts to oversee the delivery of major rail infrastructure projects in Australia.

About the Role:

  • Develop and lead project vision, values, and behavioral standards.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective contract negotiation, stakeholder meetings, and dispute resolution.
  • Lead the development of teams by establishing organization structures, recruiting senior management, and implementing retention initiatives.
  • Collaborate with corporate and site teams to set delivery strategies.
  • SUPPORT PROJECT AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT TEAMS.
  • Manage project risks and opportunities.
  • E nsure that works are delivered in line with company policies and procedures.

Requirements for Success:

  • A Heavy Civil background with significant Structures experience.
  • Ability to deliver projects within regional environments.
