Climate Technology Leader

We are seeking a visionary Climate Technology Leader to spearhead the development and commercialization of a revolutionary Direct Air Capture system powered by solar energy.

This is a rare opportunity to shape groundbreaking climate technology at a pivotal time for our planet and the company.

  • Demonstrate an innovative and creative mindset to bring new technology to market.

The technical lead role involves developing and deploying innovative technology to extract CO2 from the atmosphere, leading and overseeing technical aspects of the business, and best practice delivery of Direct Air Capture technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and integrate DAC system components from R&D through integration, testing, and manufacturing scale-up.
  2. Oversee product development, engineering optimization, and technology integration to TRL6+.
  3. Drive large-scale manufacturing of DAC systems.
  4. Guide the build out of a capital raise–ready technical data room and supporting investor due diligence.
  5. Recruit and lead a small, high-impact technical team.
  6. Manage IP strategy and regulatory compliance.

We're Looking For

  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering programs.
  • Background in hardware development, clean technology, or process engineering.
  • Familiarity with TRL6+ development and technology commercialization.
  • A hands-on, systems thinking leader who thrives in fast-moving environments.
  • Passion for climate action and deep tech innovation.
