The Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll lead with a customer-centric mindset, delivering exceptional in-store experiences and inspiring your team to achieve this every day. You'll partner with your Store Manager to drive the team with passion and purpose, coaching them to cultivate high performance.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of your store, managing the team to achieve financial targets.
  • Ensure visual merchandising excellence and provide guidance on product knowledge.
  • In the absence of the Store Manager, be the first point of contact for your team, ensuring our customers receive great in-store service that meets the high standards.
