The role of Residential Service Manager at our facility is a key position that requires effective operational management and leadership to ensure high-quality care and services for our residents in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with residents and help them live their best lives
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding resident experiences
  • Manage resources wisely to achieve operational efficiency
  • Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care
  • Manage the residential service in compliance with policies, procedures, and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Foster strong financial sustainability
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
  • Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)
  • People management and leadership experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
  • NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
