Job Title: Residential Care Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced manager to lead our residential care service in a charming country town. This role involves effective operational management and leadership, ensuring high-quality care and services for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Engage residents and help them live their best lives
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding resident experiences
- Manage resources wisely to ensure safe, high-quality care
- Deliver strong financial sustainability
- 5 years of experience in a management role within the aged care sector
- Registered Nurse qualification and AHPRA registration (desirable)
- People management and leadership experience
- Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or management (highly desirable)
- NDIS Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attractive base salary + 12% Superannuation + Salary Packaging + Allowances
