We are seeking a visionary Engineering Manager to lead our team of platform engineers in creating and managing data platforms that power our business.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in data platforms, and experience in driving innovation through AI-powered engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of platform engineers in utilizing AWS services to develop scalable and sustainable solutions.
  • Drive innovation through AI-powered engineering, transforming complex challenges into intelligent and scalable solutions.
  • Manage and optimize data platforms used to power our entire business.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of working with Data Lakes, warehouses, and data processing tools, having done large-scale data migrations before.
  • Expertise in leading and driving teams of platform engineers.
  • Experience implementing large-scale self-service enterprise data platforms highly desirable.
  • Experience working in agile environments and using work tracking tools such as JIRA.
