Responsible
for the data platform, including tooling integrations, security, access control, data classification/management, orchestration, self-service labs, observability, reliability, and data availability (ingestion)

Requisites:

  • Strong coding skills in
    Python
    with full SDLC experience.
  • Hands-on with
    GitHub / GitHub Actions, CI/CD, Terraform (IaC)
    .
  • Data pipeline engineering with
    Airflow/MWAA
    ,
    Fivetran
    ,
    Snowpipe
    .
  • Solid
    Snowflake
    knowledge (architecture, RBAC, ingestion, performance tuning basics).
  • Cloud expertise in
    AWS (S3, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, VPC, Secrets Manager)
    .
  • Experience with structured & semi-structured data (Parquet, Avro, JSON, XML).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Desirable:

  • T-SQL
    and data modeling experience.
  • Exposure to
    DBT
    and metadata tools (e.g., Alation).
  • Knowledge of Snowflake advanced features (zero-copy clone, query optimization).
  • Strong documentation and process design skills.
