Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven IT Sales Growth Director to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationships.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Leverage market knowledge and analysis to identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and retention.
  • Mentor and develop the sales team to improve performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and sales skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive sales growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis.
