We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives and securing new clinical research opportunities through a consultative and solutions-focused sales approach.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)">
  • Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in business development or sales within a CRO">
  • Demonstrated success in securing small to mid-scale clinical trial contracts and achieving sales targets">
  • In-depth knowledge of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory frameworks, and clinical trial operations">
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex contracts and budgets">
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills">
  • Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders and manage complex matrixed relationships">
  • Strategic thinking and commercial awareness">
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills">
