About the Role

The Decipher Bureau is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for leading our offensive security initiatives and developing strategies to improve our cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage our red teaming efforts, including planning, execution, and reporting of penetration testing activities.
  • Develop and implement advanced cybersecurity methodologies and tools to improve our security posture.
  • Collaborate with our cybersecurity team to identify and prioritize security risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to our cybersecurity team on offensive security techniques and tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies and recommend updates to our security strategies and tools.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in penetration testing and red teaming, with a strong understanding of offensive security techniques and tools.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize security risks.
  • Industry-recognized certifications, such as OSCP or GPEN, and a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
