Job Overview

Dental Assistant Grade 2 Clinic Coordinator role blends hands-on dental assisting with essential administrative responsibilities.

Lead the clinics, mentor Dental Assistants and Administration Officers, ensuring smooth operations.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and lead a team of Dental Assistants and Administration Officers.
  • Coordinate clinic operations to ensure seamless delivery of dental care services.
  • Contribute to the development of staff members, promoting their growth and success.
Requirements
  • Completion of a nationally recognised Dental Assisting Certificate course at Certificate Level III or equivalent qualifications deemed by the Ministry.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and supporting team members.
