Job DescriptionThis Manufacturing Trainee role will provide you with hands-on experience in the cement production process.
You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills in operating processing plant equipment safely and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include providing technical support to site staff, contributing to ongoing improvement of work processes, procedures, and practices on site, and assisting with scheduled shutdowns.
You will be involved in several rotations across different departments, including Laboratory, Control Room, Dispatch, and East End Mine sites.
These rotations will enable you to gain a broad understanding of the site's operations and contribute to its continued success.
We are seeking individuals who are trade qualified or currently undertaking an apprenticeship, have completed Year 12 or a relevant pre-vocational qualification, and possess excellent numerical skills, strong communication skills, and a commitment to workplace health and safety.
A valid working visa and residence in Australia are also requirements for this position.
SalaryWe offer a competitive salary of $70,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
