Role Description:

This role provides the opportunity to work at the forefront of public sector administrative and regulatory matters. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced professionals and be involved in complex administrative law and regulatory matters.

The team assists Federal, State and Local government clients with statutory investigations and reviews, administrative and regulatory litigation, information, data and privacy as well as human rights and general advisory.

Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-5 years PQE in private practice or in-house Government experience
  • A strong work ethic and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent drafting and writing skills
  • A genuine interest in administrative law
  • A proven track record of prioritising your time across multiple tasks
  • An interest in government
