NSW Ambulance Staff Health Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Health Strategies Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing health and wellbeing strategies that promote positive organisational change across NSW Ambulance.
About the Role:
The position is responsible for developing targeted strategies and tools to build NSW Ambulance capacity to proactively identify and/or respond to situations involving concern about employee resilience and mental health, including where an employee may be at risk of self-harm.
Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement performance indicators aligned to Government KPIs in the area of staff wellbeing.
- To efficiently manage wellbeing programs, injury prevention programs, and support services to families of staff.
About You:
- Tertiary qualification(s) in a relevant field, or significant experience in people and culture, staff health and wellbeing leadership positions in large organisations.
- A deep and genuine commitment to staying abreast of wellbeing and staff support trends, and implementing best practice wellbeing and staff support in complex and matrixed organisations.
